Ms. Thida, oversees all aspects of an organization’s human capital management. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company’s objectives and foster a positive work environment. Additionally, she is responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer support and satisfaction within the organization since December 2020. Furthermore, Ms.Thida plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s messaging, managing its reputation, and driving engagement with target audiences across various channels.
Ms. Thida is a Scholar Leadership Program participant from Japan. She holds certifications as a Certified Training Professional from the FAA in Malaysia, an International HR Professional, and a Harvard Business ManageMentor from the United States. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Management (NUM) and a Diploma of Business Communication from Pannasastra University (PUC) in Cambodia.
