APD UPI Platinum Debit Card is a secure electronic plastic card issued by APD Bank to allow customers to make payments via any POS or Online Payment (E-Commerce) and withdrawals through any ATM throughout Cambodia and around the world where the UPI's logo is displayed. Any times when cardholder performs a purchase transaction, the amount will be deducted directly from cardholder’s CASA that linked to the card.
